At Medik8 Polska, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your unique return authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit; please include the original delivery note inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return package to our designated warehouse address in Poland using a trackable shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
